/ ABOUT

We exist to help people receive a life of Joy in Jesus! We do this by preaching the Word of Faith and teaching the Word of His Grace, and by believing the Lord to confirm His Word through miracles, signs and wonders.

The Kingdom of God is not talk but Power! The same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us and we expect the same Power to flow through us to heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons and preach the Good News to the poor.

This is the Truth of Christianity in a paragraph: the blood of Jesus cleansed us from all sin. When we received this through faith, our temple was eternally cleansed. Our temple was cleansed so that God could fill us up with Himself. Through the hearing of faith, when the Person of God, the Holy Spirit, moved in and made His home inside of us, He gave us access to a perspective. This perspective sees life from the vantage point of the Body of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, living at the Right Hand of the Father, seated far above every principality, power, might and dominion. Choosing to have this perspective is walking by the Spirit. Walking by the Spirit will make us aware of God’s infinite grace (supply), which will lead to absolute victory in every area of our life for the Glory of God.

We are unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As the Isaac Generation, we believe the Body of Christ is meant to be united for the Glory of God. We are in the final hour of the Last Days, and the Rapture of the Church is at the door.

Will you join us to see our city,  nation, and world transformed by the Power of God?

Our Pastors

Lucas Jon Bessey and Sonia Bessey are the Senior Pastors at The House of Joy Church in Ada, OK. They are joined by their six wonderful children; Samuel, Christopher, Isabella, Esther, Joseph and Isaac. The Besseys are pioneering a movement of radical Grace, rediscovering the book of Acts Church.

In 2009 Lucas was born again. As an early believer, he did not understand the Grace of God and he was not baptized in the Holy Spirit. With no real understanding of his identify in Christ, he struggled with sin, sickness and depression. He was in the desert, so to speak, under the law and in the flesh.

In 2013, Lucas was baptized in the Holy Spirit and everything began to change. The Lord led him to the ministry of Pastor Joseph Prince and to the Gospel of Grace. He finally found Rest for his soul.

In 2020, the Lord spoke to the Besseys to leave the business world and to fully commit to preaching and teaching Christ and the Gospel of Grace.
